We have a climate-controlled 1600 sq ft Gym with Full Bathroom w/ Shower. We have a10x10 padded Mat area for stretching, private training, yoga & grappling - with our punching bags too!
Outside, we have a 15’x78’ of Turf, sleds, ropes, an outdoor squat rack and more! Perfect for many modalities and multiple clients at a time. We share a private Google Calendar and the whole gym is by appointment only - with a 15+ spot parking lot. Sauna available for booking for trainers at a discount and their clients as a service.

Nestled next to the oaks and our picnic table, is the charming 1935 Cottage that you would share with our Lymphatic Drainage specialist, our acupuncturist and 2 massage therapists.
The Flex Room is a cute and private room with an included treatment table (you don’t have to lug yours here! we got you!) , compression pants, comfortable seating/lounging for 2, barn doors and a private Google calendar, making it by Appointment only. The property is one acre with small walking path around it, a Gym, a Sauna and more!
