My name is Ayodele Ogungbire and I am a personal trainer that specializes in weight loss, strength training, and general fitness. I have been a trainer for over a year now and I have experience from training at a health club for over 9 months and also private training for 3-4 months. My training methodology for all my clients is for you to be a stronger, faster, and better you. I have three parts to my training and that starts with cardio, weight training, then circuit train.
