My goal as a trainer is to help clients of all experience levels build a positive relationship with their own body. Whether you are new to formal exercise programs and desire increased mobility and long-term health benefits, or have significant experience and are looking to manifest your body’s highest potential, I can expedite your journey to improved performance, long-term health, or a new physique.

My process has been informed by my NASM certification, and a great range of work experience. While working as a physical therapy technician, I have supervised safe, scientifically valid exercise programs for patients varying from professional athletes to patients with musculoskeletal and skeletal disorders. So no matter your experience level, I can create a program that will safely and effectively help you meet and exceed your goals.
